We ship to European Union countries. Below you will find the estimated delivery times.

Delivery times

Iberian Peninsula: 1 to 4 working days.

Rest of Europe: 3 to 10 working days.

How can I find out where my order is?

To find out the status of your order, please contact us by sending an email to hola@cosadedosceramics.com.
Exchanges or returns

If the piece does not meet your expectations, you can request an exchange or refund within a maximum period of 15 days from the day of delivery. Personalised and discounted orders are excluded. Cosa de Dos Ceramics is not responsible for return costs.

What steps should I follow to request a refund?


Send us an email to hola@cosadedosceramics.com specifying the details of your order and requesting a refund. We will provide you with the delivery address so that you can send the piece back to us.
Return the products using all their original packaging. A fragile courier service must be contracted and insurance must be chosen, as we will not refund any broken pieces that arrive broken.
Once we receive the part, we will check that it is in perfect condition and proceed to exchange or return it within 7 working days.

Broken pieces
In the event that a piece arrives broken due to the transport process, the customer must notify us the same day the piece is received. Returns will only be accepted within 24 hours after the delivery date.
